Arabic AI tutoring platform
The real-time layer of an Arabic AI tutor for 200,000+ students: streamed answers, voice-to-voice at ~300–500 ms, and AI-generated lessons — on a 16-module clean architecture.
National LMS + SIS platform
An Arabic-first, multi-tenant education platform (LMS + SIS) for Egyptian schools, built to run a full authority → school hierarchy. Live at its first school, Parkway, and in active development as the platform grows.
Performance and platform migrations on live apps
Two live consumer apps at one company, in one year: a reels cold start cut from ~5–6 s to ~0.5–1.5 s, a deep-link migration completed before Firebase's shutdown, and a clinic app 41% smaller.
Dental case-management platform
A dental X-ray lab's whole workflow — intake, assignment, review, delivery — as one platform: portal, admin dashboard, API, database and the servers it runs on, all built by one engineer.
Gold & jewellery commerce, retail and wholesale
Two apps from one Flutter codebase for one of Egypt's largest gold and jewellery houses: a consumer storefront and a B2B wholesale ordering app, both over the same GraphQL API.
Competitive trivia game
A living-room trivia night turned into a fair, automated product with payments.
