Services · Business software
Software built around how your business already works.
When work lives in spreadsheets, email threads and phone calls, nobody can answer "where is this?" without asking someone. I build the system that replaces them — an internal tool, admin panel or customer portal where every order, case or request has one state and one history, each person sees what their role allows, and routine steps don't depend on someone remembering them. Built end to end by one senior engineer: frontend, backend, database and deployment.

Is this you?
- Your team tracks work in spreadsheets, shared inboxes or chat groups, and things fall through the gaps.
- Customers or partners send requests by email or phone, and you'd rather they submitted and tracked them themselves.
- Different people need different access — staff, managers, clients, partners.
- You need dashboards and reports from data that is scattered across files today.
What you get
- A workflow modelled on your real process: each order, case or request with one state and a clear history
- Role-based access, so staff, managers, clients and partners each see and do only what they should
- An admin panel and dashboards for the numbers you run the business on
- A customer or partner portal for submitting and tracking requests, where you need one
- Notifications, reminders and integrations — payments, email, maps — so routine steps happen on their own
- Deployment, documentation, and a handoff your team can maintain
How I build it
- Start from the process, not the screens: we map how work actually moves today, and its stages and handoffs become the data model.
- Roles live in the authorisation layer over one data model — not separate apps that drift apart.
- Web first, so it runs on any device without an install; a mobile app only where field staff need one.
- Delivered in milestones your team uses on real work as early as possible.
What this looks like in practice
- Xera Laba dental lab's email-and-phone workflow replaced by one platform: clinics submit cases, technicians and doctors work them, and each case has one state from intake to delivery.
- YOLOone clinic app for HR, appointments, patient records, inventory and billing, running in clinics in Egypt, Germany and the UAE.
- RevealSitepharmacy refills, transfers, appointments and reminders, requested and tracked by patients in their pharmacy's own branded app.
- Zeyadaschool fee payments through PayTabs and parent–school messaging in one app.

How a project runs
Intro call
A free call. You describe the product and what's blocking you; I tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
Written proposal
Scope, price, timeline and payment phases — all in writing before any code is written. You approve it, then we start.
Milestone delivery
You get working, testable software at every milestone, not a status update.
Handoff
Deployment, documentation and a codebase the next engineer can maintain. The code is yours.
Questions about this service
How much does custom business software cost?
A focused internal tool or portal starts from $3,500: one core workflow, login and roles, a small admin surface, and deployment. More workflows, roles, reports and integrations add to it, and the final price goes in a written proposal after a free call — fixed per project, not hourly.
Is custom software better than an off-the-shelf tool?
Not always. If an existing product fits your process, use it — it will be cheaper. Custom software pays off when the process is what makes your business different, when your team is stitching several tools together by hand, or when per-seat pricing grows faster than you do. If an off-the-shelf tool fits, I'll say so on the call.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, through their APIs. Payments, email, maps and analytics are routine integrations; anything else is checked during scoping, before it goes in the proposal.
Can our team keep running it after handoff?
Yes. It is documented, deployed in your accounts, and the code is in your repositories. Maintenance after handoff is optional and agreed separately.
Ready to scope it?
Tell me what you're building — in plain words, no technical brief needed — or book a free call. You'll get an honest answer and, if it fits, a written proposal with the price and timeline.
